The Akshy India's project "GIVE SMILES AT YOUR BIRTHDAY", has been created to help children in India, at the same time developing advocacy work with kids in Spain.
To understand this project requires the collaboration of parents, they are the ones that transmit the values ​​of generosity, giving is often as rewarding as receiving. The idea is to understand our children instead of receiving so many gifts on his birthday, may waive a portion of them to help children of Askhay's school in Amwan

Instead of a toy, the mothers of the children invited make delivery of the money in an envelope. With this simple gesture, the birthday child, when have all the envelopes, can choose a particular gift from a list we provide. This is the most beautiful, here is where it starts to get smiles ... and we can count step by step, from receipt of the donation to the delivery of the gift.

The origin of the gift is explained also to the children in India to understand the act that child has done so generously, and he receives a picture of them and a drawing or postcard as thanks.

Through this project we want to give all children an opportunity to show solidarity with others who are less fortunate. This is a very simple, learn to practice generosity and to appreciate and value what we have.
